¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Lalit Shukla, learned counsel for opposite party no.2.
¶2Sri Lalit Shukla has filed short counter affidavit of opposite party no.2, the same is taken on record.
¶3Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 has stated that the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.
¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid fact.
¶5In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.
¶6Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
