¶1Shri J. B. Singh, learned counsel has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party nos.2 and 3-Nagar Nigam, Lucknow.

¶2Learned counsel appearing for the Nagar Nigam, Lucknow has informed that the action in response to the complaint made by the petitioner is in progress. It is further informed that the demarcation proceedings for removal of unauthorized encroachment are going on and necessary action for removal of unauthorized encroachment shall be carried out as soon as the demarcation is completed.

¶3It is expected that necessary action, as per the instructions provided by the Lucknow Nagar Nigam, is taken without leaving any room for grievance in future.

¶4If there is any inaction on the part of the State Authorities, assured as above, it shall be open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before this Court in the present case.
