¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider re-engagement of petitioner in the department as a roller driver.

¶3After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in order to pursue other remedies.
