By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "(i) Issue an order or direction commanding the opposite party No. 1 i.e., learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District Pratapgarh, to pass an appropriate order against the opposite party no. 2 in Case No. 43 of 2017 "Rubi Singh Versus Durgesh Singh, to deposit the rest amount of the Maintenance i.e.. 2,99,000/- Rs in the account of the Petitioner, in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier he filed an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. which was registered as case No. 220/2015 and was decided ex-parte vide order dated

25.04.2017 by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Pratapgarh. For execution and enforcement of the said order dated

25.04.2017, he filed an application dated 07.09.2022 which is at page No. 43 of the writ petition. He prays that the application dated 07.09.2022 may be directed to decided expeditiously as the petitioner is at the verge of starvation and she has no source of income. Considering the innocuous nature of the prayer, the petition is disposed of directing the concerned Family Court to decide his application dated 07.9.2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
