By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- Issue a order or direction of the opposite party no.1 Sub Divisional Magistrate, Salon, District-Rae Bareli decide the Case No 64/602743/2023, Under Section 145(1) Cr.P.C, Raghu Nandan & others vs Krishna Kumar & others, in Village-Rasul Pur, P. S.- Salon, District-Rae Barelieli in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proceedings of section 145(1) Cr.P.C. are pending before the Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Salon, District Rae Bareli. The petitioner Krishna Kumar is opposite party no. 1 in those proceedings. It is lastly submitted that the proceedings being summary in nature may be directed to be decided expeditiously. In view of the above as well as considering the prayer of the petitioner being innocuous nature, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court to adjudicate and decide the proceedings of above mentioned case number, expeditiously within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
