(3) Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions received by him from Shri Surya Pratap Singh, the Sub-Inspector/ Investigating Officer of Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Pratapgarh, says that the name of the petitioner-Shiv Ram, has been deleted during the course of investigation and the Charge-sheet dated 05.03.2023 has been filed against rest of the accused and filed in Court concerned.
