04.11.2023 and further direct the opp-party no.1, to decide the Complaint Case No.3044 of 2017 (Dr.Hriday Ram Yadav versus Azad Singh Kesri and others) under Sections 147, 148, 452, 323, 504, 506, 500, 392 and 427 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Sultanpur, within a timeframe as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." Sections 147/148/452/323/504/506/500/392/427 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Sultanpur was filed by the petitioner against the accused persons. The evidences are complete and the matter is fixed for final hearing, however, he submits that for some or the other reason, the matter is lingering on for the several months and final argument have not been concluded and consequently the complaint case could not be decided. Hence, he prays that the learned trial court be directed to decide the aforementioned complaint case. In view of the above, as well as considering the innocuous nature of the payer, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the court below to expedite the hearing of the complaint case and conclude the same within a further period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
