(3) Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions received by him from Shri Ram Pratap Yadav, the Sub-Inspector of Police Station Mill Area, District Raebareli, says that the Charge-sheet has been prepared on 30.12.2022 and the same has been filed in court concerned on 23.03.2023.

(4) Since the Charge-sheet has been prepared by the Investigating Officer, it is presumed that sufficient evidence has been collected and filed with the Charge-sheet before the Trial Court for its evaluation, therefore, this Court feels it to be inappropriate to interfere at this stage.
