¶1Heard Sri HImanshu Tiwari, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

¶2Learned counsel for petitioner at the very outset submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file afresh as descreption of certain plots has been inadvertently left out.
