¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment.

¶3It has been submitted that petitioner's father late Sushil Kumar passed away in service on 31.03.2021 leaving behind his widow, one son and two daughters. In view of fact that other family members did not have any objection petitioner seeking compassionate appointment, they furnished their no-objection certificates and petitioner also filed an application dated 17.11.2021 seeking compassionate appointment whereafter report dated 25.04.2022 has been submitted by Tehsildar concerned after conducting enquiry recommending petitioner's claim. It is submitted that despite aforesaid, petitioner's application is yet pending consideration.

¶4Considering aforesaid facts, opposite party no.2 i.e. Collector/District Magistrate, Lucknow is directed to take a final decision regarding petitioner's Application dated

17.11.2021 for compassionate appointment after affording opportunity of hearing to all the heirs of the deceased. Decision with regard to same shall be taken within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned along with Application dated

17.11.2021.
