¶1Heard Sri Avinash Tiwari, learned counsel for petitioner.

¶2Learned counsel for petitioner at the very outset submits that he wishes to withdraw this writ petition inasmuch as challenge the resolution's of Gaon Sabha dated 16.10.2023 where a resolution has been passed in favour of respondent No. 5 for grant of fair price shop.

¶3He further submits that petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh writ petition after the allotment has been granted.
