It is the case of the petitioner that the claim for compensation has been rejected by the Insurance Company on 15.05.2019 against which, the petitioner has moved a representation to the Committee headed by the District Magistrate on 29.06.2019. The said representation of the petitioner is still pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Committee headed by the District Magistrate concerned to decide the representation of the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
