The instant writ petition has been filed praying for mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to make payment to the petitioner towards privilege Leave Encashment of Rs.6,03,537/- as admittedly due to the petitioner in terms of the order dated

22.09.2023, a copy of which is part of annexure 3 to the petition. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there could not be any occasion for the respondents to withhold the aforesaid amount. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to ensure payment of the admitted amount of privilege Leave Encahment of Rs.6,03,537/- to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
