Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the court concerned, i.e., Additional Civil Judge/Judicial Magistrate, Court No.31, Sultanpur to decide the Complaint Case No.868 of 2020 under Section 364 I.P.C., P.S. Gosainganj, District Sultanpur (Pramod Kumar Vs. Subhash Kumar & others), Pending since 26.11.2002, expeditiously, as early as possible. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is pending since the year 2002. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned Complaint Case No.868 of 2020 with expedition in accordance with law and in the light of the instructions and guidelines issued by the Apex Court as well as this Court time to time.
