¶1The review application filed under Chapter V Rule 12 of the High Court Rules is seeking the review of the judgment/order rendered in Special Appeal Defective No.648 of 2023 decided on 05.10.2023.

¶2We have heard the learned Counsel for the review-applicant.

¶3On consideration of the grounds urged before us for review of the impugned judgment, we are not convinced that a case of an error apparent on the face on record is made out. The judgment sought to to be reviewed is a reasoned judgment and has considered all the legal aspects of the matter.

¶4Since no case of an error apparent on the face of record is made out, therefore, we are not satisfied that there is any scope for taking a different opinion warranting review.
