¶1At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave of this Court to permit withdrawal of the present application with liberty to move expedite application before the court below.

¶2Prayer made is allowed.

¶3The application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

¶4However, it is open to the applicant to move expedite application before the court below. In case, any such application is moved, the same shall be considered and decided by the court below in accordance with law, expeditiously.
