¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for providing compassionate appointment to petitioner in view of fact that petitioner's father late Ram Ajor Yadav passed away while in service on 04.10.2022.

¶3It has been submitted that the deceased left behind his two sons and four daughters who have already given their no objection certificates in favour of petitioner due to which petitioner filed an Application dated 22.02.2023 seeking compassionate appointment, which is still pending consideration.

¶4Considering aforesaid facts, opposite party no.3 i.e. Executive Engineer, P.W.D. Department, Construction Division-2, Ayodhya is directed to take a final decision regarding petitioner's Application dated 22.02.2023 for compassionate appointment after affording opportunity of hearing to all the heirs of the deceased. Decision with regard to same shall be taken within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned along with Application dated 22.02.2023 .
