29.06.2020 has been passed by authority concerned under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation of his land and subsequently, it has been confirmed on 02.06.2022 but till date no pillars have been fixed on the same. Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kunda, District Pratapgarh to ensure the compliance of order passed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code by fixing pillars on spot in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order after hearing all the parties concerned unless there is any legal impediment in this regard.
