¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed challenging order dated 19.06.2022 whereby petitioner was suspended from service pending departmental inquiry.

¶3Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 16.10.2023 which are taken on record. It has been submitted that subsequently vide order dated 12.10.2023, the suspension order has been withdrawn reinstating petitioner without any adverse effect upon continuing departmental inquiry against him. It has also been stated in the order that salary for the suspension period shall be decided separately.

¶4In view of aforesaid, petition has been rendered infructuous and is therefore consigned to record without any adverse effect upon benefits already granted to petitioner. Order Date :- 8.11.2023 Subodh/- High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
