¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider their appointment on the post of Sub-inspector with all consequential benefits w.e.f. 11.11.2006.

¶3Vide order dated 03.10.2023, it has been noticed that learned State Counsel on the basis of written instructions dated

02.10.2023 had submitted that petitioner's representation has already been decided vide order dated 20.05.2020 but the same has not yet been brought on record despite time having been granted for the same and stop order also having been passed.

¶4In view of aforesaid, the opposite party no. 4 or any other competent authority is directed to decide grievance of petitioner which shall be made afresh by means of a fresh representation to be submitted along with a copy of this order. Decision with regard to same shall be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority.
