¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pankaj Patel, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State and learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the orders dated 17.12.1997, dated 21.01.1998 and dated 10.03.1998 passed by District Inspector of Schools, Sitapur.

¶3Since this Court in Writ-A No.-6588 of 1999 has held that the District Inspector of Schools has no power to promote the petitioner. In such view of the fact, the order impugned in the writ petition is without jurisdiction and is accordingly set aside.
