¶1Sri Lakshyadeep Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent no.1 has filed short counter affidavit after serving an advance copy of the same upon learned counsel for petitioner today in Court and the same is taken on record.

¶2Along with the said affidavit an order dated 07.11.2023 is filed declaring the election programme.

¶3In view thereof, no further relief is required to be granted in the present writ petition.
