Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State authorities. Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that his application for consideration of security is pending at the Divisional Level Committee. Learned Standing Counsel on instructions states that the said application is already rejected by order dated 21.09.2023 and the copy of the said order is provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner today itself. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would assail the said order before the State Level Committee. Writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 21.09.2023 before the State Level Committee within a period of two weeks from today. In case, he do so, the State Level Committee shall consider and decide the same within a period of two months in accordance with law.
