By means of the present petition, petitioner has challenged the proceedings/notice issued in exercise of power vested in opposite party No.3-Tehsildar-Nawabganj, District-Barabanki, in Case No.278, under Section 67(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. On being confronted as to how the present petition challenging the proceedings/notice under Section 67 of the Code of 2006 is maintainable, learned counsel for the petitioner says that present petition be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the authority concerned to file the response to notice/proceedings. Taking note of aforesaid, this petition is consigned to record with liberty to petitioner to file response to the proceedings/notice before the authority concerned which shall be considered in terms of mode and manner prescribed under the law.
