Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA who appears on behalf of State-respondents and perused the record. 14.10.2023 has been sent to the Circle OfÏcer. This Court, vide its order dated 28.10.2023, had given benefit of Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioner because it was not informed that the charge sheet has already been submitted on 14.10.2023. Since the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been submitted, prima facie, some evidences have been found against the petitioner which is subject to evaluation of the trial court.
