¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Admittedly, the petitioner has already filed a suit with regard to the property in dispute against the private persons including some of the private respondents in the present writ petition.

¶3In view thereof, petitioner is directed to approach the Court concerned and seek injunction order in the matter.
