¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioners approached this Court with regard to irregularities in the allotment of house under the Prime Minister Awas Yojana.

¶3Admittedly, the said dispute can be decided by the Chief Development OfÏcer of District Sultanpur..

¶4In view thereof, petitioners are permitted to raise the said dispute with regard to allotment of houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana before the Chief Development OfÏcer, Sultanpur, within a period of two weeks from today. In case such a dispute is raised, the Chief Development OfÏcer concerned shall consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter, after hearing all parties concerned.
