¶1None for the petitioner even when the case is called in revised list.

¶2By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:- "(I) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to issue appointment letter in favour of the petitioner.

(II) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to produce the entire record regarding the matter in question before this Hon'ble Court.

(III) To issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case may also be passed.

(IV) Award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner."
