Present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite Party No. 1 to make a independent inquiry and to take strict and prompt against the opposite party no. 2 within stipulated period in the interest of Justice.

(ii) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass strict structure against opposite party no. 2 in the interest of Justice.

(iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite Party No. 1 to transfer the Revision No. 904 of 2022, Ramesh Vs. Javed Barki in any other Hon'ble Court of the Board of the Revenue in the interest of Justice." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner says that he does not want to press the present petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh. To the aforesaid prayer, learned counsel for the side opposite has no objection. In view of aforesaid, the petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty. Office/Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the documents, if any, annexed with the petition, to the learned counsel for the petitioner, as per Rules of the Court.
