¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents/State.

¶2The petitioners have approached this Court claiming that interference in their Gata No.895 area 1.6590 hectare situated at Village Puraini, Block & Tehsil Kaisarganj, District Bahraich, is being made by the respondent no.6.

¶3In view thereof, petitioners are permitted to move application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kaisarganj, District Bahraich/opposite party no.5.

¶4In case such an application is filed by the petitioners, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kaisarganj, District Bahraich/opposite party no.5, is directed to decide the application moved by petitioner under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing all parties concerned, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order along with the application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is produced before him.
