This petition has been filed seeking direction to decide the application filed by the petitioner on 17.10.2023 to grant a stay order by restraining/restricting the respondents from entering the land by force and not taking possession of the land by force which is said to have been filed in Regular Suit no.1027 of 2023 (Saleha Begam Vs. Gufran & Others) but this petition has been filed without impleading any of the defendants in the suit and only arrayed the concerned court as respondent, therefore this petition is not maintainable. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh after impleading all the necessary parties. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
