¶1Sri Krishna Lal Yadav, Advocate has filed power on behalf of respondent no.1 today and the same is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Krishna Lal Yadav, learned counsel for respondent no.1, Sri Asit Kumar Chaturvedi, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Ashwani Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.2 and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶3Objection is raised by respondents that present writ petition does not contain even the details of the gata number which belong to petitioner and gata numbers which belong to other persons as per khatauni annexed with the writ petition. Further, it is stated that even the date on which possession of petitioner was alleged to have been disturbed is not provided.

¶4Learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition by giving details of the date on which possession of petitioner was alleged to have been disturbed and details of land which belongs to petitioner as well as details of earlier writ petitions filed before this Court or other proceedings pending before any other court with regard to land in dispute and any other details claimed by petitioner.
