¶1Heard Shri Prabhu Ranjan Tripathi, learned counsel for applicant, Shri Rajiv Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.2, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

¶2Instant application under Section 482 has been filed to pass an order allowing the petition by quashing the entire criminal proceeding of Criminal Case No. 99/2023 inclusive of Charge-sheet and summoning order dated 04.01.2023, passed by the Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Tanda, Ambedkar Nagar, in "State of UP Vs. Abdul Salam @ Kallan & others" pursuant to the case crime no. 118/2021, U/s 323/504/506/452/325 I.P.C. at P.S.- Jaitpur, District-Ambedkar Nagar.

¶3Learned counsel for applicant submits that the parties have settled their dispute amibably and they have submitted an application dated 01.11.2023, though the compromise deed has not been reduced in writing yet. He further submits that applicant may be given liberty to submit fresh compromise deed before the trial Court and trial Court may be directed to verify the same.

¶3Learned counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contentions aforesaid.

¶3In view of the aforesaid, the applicants are given liberty to file fresh compromise deed in pursuance to the application dated 01.11.2023 before the trial Court concerned and if such a compromise deed is filed, the trial Court is directed to verify the same expeditiously.

¶4Till then, the criminal proceedings till verification of the compromise deed arising out of Case Crime no.99 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 118/2021, U/s 323/504/506/452/325 I.P.C. at P.S.- Jaitpur, District-Ambedkar Nagar shall remain stayed.

¶5In view thereof, instant application is hereby disposed of.
