Petitioner has approached this Court praying for the following main relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party no.2 to conduct enquiry and recover all the ponds lagan first and conduct the enquiry regarding constitution of member of Matasjivi Sahkari Samiti Ltd, Kanigaon, Vikas Kshetra Miyaganj, District Unnao and take appropriate action against the Adhyaksh of the Samiti and to make the fresh allotment of the ponds in opening meeting as per law, in the interest of justice." Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, states that there is already an inquiry pending with regard to the dispute in question and the same shall be completed expeditiously.
