The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "1. To direct the respondent no. 1 for the expeditious disposal of the proceeding under section 34 of the Revenue Code, 2006 having case no. 01420/2018, T201804230201420 of Khatauni no. 011 and land gata no. 41/0.160 hectare of a property on the basis of will deed. situated at Village-Ghatampur, Pargana-Mangalsi, Tehsil-Sohawal, District-Ayodhya pending in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Sohawal District Ayodhya within thirty days as per the provisions of Revenue code, 2006." Considering the period of pendency of the case as also that the application for restoration is pending consideration, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.1/Tehsildar, Tehsil Sohawal, District Ayodhya, to consider and decide the pending proceedings of Case No. 01420/2018, T201804230201420, most expeditiously, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed before it, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either of the parties on merits and the authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
