¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA who appears on behalf of the State-respondents.

¶2It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major and have married with each other out of their own free will but the opposite party nos. 4 to 11 being the relatives of petitioner no. 2 is harassing the petitioners mentally and physically with the collusion of local police and threatening them to arrest the petitioners in a very illegal and arbitrary manner, hence, this petition has been filed praying the following main reliefs: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus restraining the respondents ad from harassing/interfering into peaceful existence of the matrimonial life of the present petitioners.

(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus so as to ensure that peace and harmony is maintained in the matrimonial life of the present petitioners and is not effected or disturbed by any actions/inactions of the respondents."

¶4This Court is of the opinion that in case, the opposite party nos. 4 to 11 threatens the petitioners, they have remedy under Sections 154, 156 and 200 of Cr.P.C. to approach the authority concerned.
