Present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "Issue an order or direction in the appropriate nature commanding the opposite party no.2 to decide the Case No.02569/2021 (Computerized Case No.202104120302569); Arti Devi and others Versus Gaon Sabha and another, under section 33 (1) of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, in respect of land of Gata No.205, measuring area 0.2290 Hectare, Gata No.170, measuring area 0.7170 Hectare, Gata No.50, measuring area

0.0380 Hectare, Gata No.54, measuring area 0.1070 Hectare, Gata No.92, measuring area 0.0280 Hectare and Gata No.93, measuring area

0.0280 Hectare, situated at Village-Pipri, Tehsil-Fatehpur, District-Barabanki, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months." Considering the period of pendency of the case, in issue, under Section 33(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as also the nature, the same should be decided expeditiously, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Naib Tehsildar, Kursi, Tehsil-Fatehpur, District-Barabanki, to consider and decide Case No.02569/2021, Computerized Case No.202104120302569, most expeditiously, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed in the case, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard.
