¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2At the very outset, it is evident that by means of present petition, petitioner has sought only compensation of Rs.fifteen crore in view of fact that her services were not regularized and she has been superannuated as daily wage employee of the department.

¶3In view of said prayer made, petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh indicating the specific cause of action and relief which can be entertained in a writ under Article 226 of Constitution of India.
