¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to re-check Question Paper of petitioner submitted by him for purposes of recruitment to post of Sub-Inspector with U.P. Police. Further prayer commanding opposite parties to provide petitioner's answer key has also been made.

¶3With regard to second prayer made, liberty is granted to petitioner to file representation before opposite party no.4. In case any such representation is made, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of representation.
