¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Alok Saxena, learned counsel for respondent-Bank.

¶2Admittedly, the amount of which payment is sought by petitioner is in a fixed deposit under the orders of M.A.C.T., Faizabad.

¶3With liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the M.A.C.T., Faizabad, present writ petition is consigned to record. It goes without saying that M.A.C.T., Faizabad shall expeditiously decide the application for release of amount, if filed by petitioner.
