In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private-respondent(s) is hereby dispensed with. By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following main relief:- "I. To issue a writ, order or direction the nature of Certiorari or likewise for quashing the impugned order dated 01.08.2023 passed by the respondent no. 1 contained in Annexure 1." 01.08.2023, the present petition be disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 1/Board of Revenue at Lucknow to decide the revision, in issue, after taking note of petitioner's objection against the same within the time as fixed by this Court. The prayer aforesaid has not been opposed by learned State counsel. It is for the reason that the case for mutation appears to have been instituted in the year 2008 itself. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
