On an objection raised by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that this second petition has been filed for the same relief, for which a direction has already been issued by this Court by means of order dated 09.03.2022 passed in Writ C No.3000053 of 1996 and in pursuance whereof, the order has already been passed on 18.07.2023, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy as may be available under law.
