¶2Sri Ajay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party has stated that in compliance of order of the Writ Court, the Naib-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Milkipur, District-Ayodhya has decided the pending proceedings vide order dated 08.11.2023. Photocopy of the order dated 08.11.2023 is taken on record.
¶3In the wake of the aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt petition.
¶4Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
