Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that final order was passed on 28.05.2022 in the mutation proceedings and thereafter, an application for restoration of the case to its original number was preferred and thereafter the respondent No.2 stayed the implementation and operation of the order dated 28.05.2022 vide order dated 30.11.2022 and in this view of the matter, the petitioner is suffering great hardship and mental agony. Taking note of aforesaid including the period of pendency of the case, present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Kunda, District-Pratapgarh to consider and decide Case No.RST/02359/2018, Computerized Case No.T201802570102359, most expeditiously, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting any adjournment to either party preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed in the case, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard.
