By means of this writ petition, prayer has been made for directing the Respondent No.1 i.e. the State to decide the revision petition said to have been preferred by the petitioner in the year 2016, expeditiously. Having regard to the innocuous nature of prayer made in this petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Respondent No.1 to decide the revision petition preferred by the petitioner within four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law. It is also provided that the application dated 20.10.2023 seeking grant of interim relief moved by the petitioner shall be decided after hearing all the parties, within a period of ten days from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
