¶1Heard learned counsel for the appellant, Shri Savitra Vardhan Singh, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and Shri V.P. Nag, learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent No.1.

¶2Learned counsel for the appellant prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the special appeal with liberty to file the same afresh by assailing all the relevant orders which have inadvertently been left to be assailed.
