Lucknow is directed to decide petitioner's appeal dated 01.04.2017, in case not already decided, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the opposite party no. 1 i.e. State of U.P. through the Principal Secretary Public Works Department, Section 6, Govt. of U.P. Lucknow. Petitioner shall also annex a copy of the appeal along with a copy of this order. With the aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
