Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J. Heard. In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private-respondent(s) is hereby dispensed with. Present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "Issue a direction to the Tehsildar Judicial, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Sultanpur to decide the the Computerized Case No. 2013046861313 In Re: Gaon Sabha Vs Ram Kishore Under Section 122-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolution and Land Reforms Act, 1950 initiated by the Gaon Sabha in the year 2012 either on the next date fixed or within the stipulate period of time fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." Considering the aforesaid facts, as stated, as also the period of pendency of the the suit, in issue, i.e. about 10 years, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.1-Tehsildar Judicial,Tehsil-Sadar, District-Sultanpur to consider and decide the Case No.2013046861313, most expeditiously, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party preferably within a period of six months from the next date fixed in the case, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard.
