¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Kumar Ayush, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that in furtherance of demolition order, he has removed all illegal constructions from the spot, but still he is being threatened by respondents with regard to demolition of a boundary wall for which, no approval is required.

¶3Learned counsel for respondents Sri Kumar Ayush states that petitioner may make a representation in this regard on which, inspection will be conducted and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law.

¶4In view thereof, petitioner is permitted to make a representation to respondent no.3-Prescribed Authority, Lucknow Development Authority, Lal Bagh, Lucknow within a period of ten days from today, who shall do the needful as stated aforesaid and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three weeks thereafter.
