¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2Learned A.G.A. raises preliminary objection and submits that statutory remedy of revision is available to applicants, hence, the present application/petition is not maintainable.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application with liberty to file revision before competent court.

¶4Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file revision before competent court.
